I think you're missing something, which is that people with her worldview usually consider CF/fibro/pots to be the like, peak Fake Disabilities lazy poor people made up to steal resources from the real, Deserving Disabled and/or commit benefits fraud.

That header is intended to signal to the reader "clout chasing liar on the internet" so like sure it's disgusting and ableist but it's also incredibly condescending.

That particular combination of stuff sounds incredibly debilitating. What she’s done is make anyone even slightly familiar with these conditions feel sympathy for this person. Rowling has made a person who can’t breathe properly, is constantly in a lot of pain, and has to be careful to not faint every time she stands up and still finds time to enjoy the things she loves and expects us to hate her.

So I don’t really want to meet the sort of person who sees this fake tumblr description and automatically sees a liar.
